Fruity and structured, Vin de france
Based on a grape variety native to our appellation, we have chosen to use an original winemaking method for this cuvée, and thus to produce run vin “Orange”. Ideal as an aperitif or with spicy cuisine, this wine has apple/pear/quince aromas and a fine, slightly tannic structure.

Balanced and harmonious, AOP Gaillac
We’d like to honor THE emblematic grape variety of Gaillac: Loin de l’œil! This wine has notes of pear and mango on the palate, with a lovely minerality and roundness on the finish. It has good structure and fine tannins.

For this cuvée, we chose to blend a Braucol in carbonic maceration for freshness and a Syrah in classic maceration to bring a little more power. This wine has a nose of finely spiced red fruits.
