#1 Discovery tour of the estate’s vineyards

Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m.

To find out more about Domaine Gayrard and Gaillac wines, there’s nothing like a stroll through the vineyards. While strolling through the vineyards, learn about the history of the estate, its vineyard methods and the biodiversity that surrounds us, and finish off with a tasting of Domaine Gayrard’s organic Gaillac wines.

Along the way, you’ll learn about truffle cultivation in the past.

#2 Guided tour of the Chai

Treat yourself to a moment of conviviality and discover the know-how of winemaking during a guided tour of the Domaine Gayrard winery. The visit concludes with a tasting of organic Gaillac wines: dry white, red, rosé and méthode ancestrale.

#3 Organic Gaillac wine tasting

Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Take a break at Domaine Gayrard, on the Cordes plateau, and taste the 10 cuvées created by Pierre Fabre. This is an opportunity to get to know native grape varieties such as Loin de l’oeil, Braucol and Duras, as well as the more international varieties grown in Gaillac, such as Syrah and Sauvignon.
