In 2013, Pierre took over the family business, adopting organic and biodynamic practices. On 12 hectares, he cultivates native grape varieties such as Duras, Braucol and Loin de l'œil. His wines are lively, hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts, offering a unique authenticity and expression of the Gaillac terroir.
