This cuvée is a blend of 2 grape varieties. With its ruby-red color, this wine presents aromas of red fruit, undergrowth and leather. The palate is full-bodied, with supple, silky tannins. Ideal with red meats and sauces.

Harvest
Hand-picked.

Elaboration & ageing
Gravity-fed, de-stemmed harvest. Vinification in wooden vats, sulfur-free with indigenous yeasts. Manual punching down. Long vatting. Aged 18 months in new barrels. Light sulfiting and filtration at bottling. Total SO²: 11 mg/L
