Elaboration & ageing
Gravity-fed, de-stemmed harvest. Vinification in wooden vats, sulfur-free with indigenous yeasts. Manual punching down. Long vatting. Aged 18 months in new barrels. Light sulfiting and filtration at bottling. Total SO²: 11 mg/L

We’d like to honor THE emblematic grape variety of Gaillac: Loin de l’œil! This wine has notes of pear and mango on the palate, with a lovely minerality and roundness on the finish. It has good structure and fine tannins.

Fruity and structured, Vin de france
Based on a grape variety native to our appellation, we have chosen to use an original winemaking method for this cuvée, and thus to produce run vin “Orange”. Ideal as an aperitif or with spicy cuisine, this wine has apple/pear/quince aromas and a fine, slightly tannic structure.
