We have chosen to experiment with a white grape variety native to Gaillac in order to reveal its gourmet potential. Ideal as an aperitif, with tarts and mixed salads, or with fish, it displays minerality and delicacy, with aromas of apple and white fruit.

For this cuvée, we chose to blend a Braucol in carbonic maceration for freshness and a Syrah in classic maceration to bring a little more power. This wine has a nose of finely spiced red fruits.
