Gaillac PDO

Climate

Characterized by warm, sunny summers that favor good grape ripening, Gaillac's climate is also marked by moderate rainfall and a mild autumnal influence, ideal for quality harvests.

s
Floors

The soils of the Gaillac vineyards are marked by the presence of limestone, bringing freshness, finesse and minerality to the wines. This limestone promotes good drainage and a balanced water supply for the vines, contributing to the aromatic complexity of the grapes.
