Fruity and structured, Vin de france
Based on a grape variety native to our appellation, we have chosen to use an original winemaking method for this cuvée, and thus to produce run vin “Orange”. Ideal as an aperitif or with spicy cuisine, this wine has apple/pear/quince aromas and a fine, slightly tannic structure.

Elaboration & ageing
Grapes destemmed and vatted for 30 days of maceration. Sulfur-free vinification with indigenous yeasts in concrete vats. Aged 6 months in concrete vats. Unfiltered, light sulfiting at bottling.

In this cuvée, we aim to highlight the potential finesse of Gaillac’s emblematic grape variety, thanks to parcel selection and amphora vinification. This is a fine, velvety red wine to enjoy with red meats, roasted or stewed.

This cuvée is a blend of 2 grape varieties. With its ruby-red color, this wine presents aromas of red fruit, undergrowth and leather. The palate is full-bodied, with supple, silky tannins. Ideal with red meats and sauces.
